Last night the series finale of The Block All Stars went to air with all four properties going under the hammer to sell to the highest bidder. Josh & Jenna’s auction went first. Their reserve price was $1,375,000 and the property sold for $1,650,000, giving them a $275,000 profit! The couple couldn’t be more excited and thrilled about their result.
“We can’t thank Cameron, Peter and Ray White enough! We’re just so thrilled. You guys have just done such an amazing job! We’re lost for words!” said the couple after the auction.
“As soon as we met with Cameron we knew he was the perfect agent for us. He was young, professional, achieved results and most importantly he got the uniqueness of The Block situation. He understood fans and buyers and how to dedicate time to both” Josh said. “As soon as we saw Cameron talking to our buyers we were completely satisfied we had made the right decision with our agent.”
“We just can’t thank the Ray White team enough. They conducted the OFI weekend perfectly; Cameron was always calm and honest throughout and is extremely good at what he does. He was spot on with his advice all the way through.”
Director Phillip Elmowy stated “We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with Josh & Jenna. I’m ecstatic about their auction results and I’m proud of the way Cameron handled the campaign, it was a success all round.”
The couple came in a close second, with only a $20k difference between them and the winners. The team at Ray White Maroubra | South Coogee would like to congratulate Josh, Jenna and Cameron on a successful six week journey and outstanding result on the first series of The Block All Stars.
