Good Value Attracts Spirited Bidding!

By Phillip Elmowy

MOTIVATED vendors Belinda and Michael Longbottom had all bases covered when they put their Matraville home on the market.
They had completed a modern renovation of No. 596 Bunnerong Road and were happy to accept a pre-auction offer of $880,000.
“There was a large amount of interest in this property purely because of the price range and it was renovated,” Cameron Airlie from Ray White Maroubra said.
“To get something renovated under $900,000 in this area is hard.”
A young couple from Maroubra snapped up the three-bedroom home, which also had a separate studio to the rear.
