Original Winner

By Phillip Elmowy

A HOME the agent described as “borderline liveable” on one of Kensington’s best streets sold for $1.92 million at auction on Saturday. The Federation home at 58 Milroy Avenue retained three original fireplaces and high ornate ceilings and sits on a massive 689sqm. Two registered bidders competed for the property, which passed in at $1.9 million. Agent Cameron Airlie of Ray White Maroubra | South Coogee negotiated the sale shortly after while a big crowd of neighbours looked on. “The house will need considerable renovation,” Mr Airlie said.
