Two registered bidders competed for the property, which passed in at $1.9 million. Agent Cameron Airlie of Ray White Maroubra | South Coogee negotiated the sale shortly after while a big crowd of neighbours looked on. “The house will need considerable renovation,” Mr Airlie said.
